The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 29.07.2015, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30068 of 2015, by which the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 107/2014, pending in the court of the learned A.C.J.M., Saran at Chapra, and the petitioners were directed to surrender and furnish bail bond within a period of six weeks but due to some unavoidable reasons the petitioners could not surrender in the court below within time. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the period of surrender of the petitioners in the court below is extended for a further period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.

The order dated 29.07.2015, passed in Cr. Misc. No.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14608 of 2016 (2) dt.06-04-2016 2/2 30068 of 2015, is modified to the extent as indicated above. The modification application is, accordingly, disposed of.
