Case No.34 of 2016 a case under Sections 364/120B and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Charge-sheet has already been submitted in this case against the accused persons sending them up for trial under Section 173 Cr.P.C. on completion of the investigation. Since the police has power to further investigate the case and submit further report under sub-section 8 of Section 173 Cr.P.C., if the petitioner files any petition the authority may take necessary decision according to law to further investigate the case
