The petitioner prays for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 420 and other ancillary sections of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, petitioner got the service of a teacher by producing forged and fabricated certificates. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the correctness and genuineness of the documents presented by the petitioner had been duly verified by the officials before offering him the job. It is orally submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has also resigned from the post of teacher, though there is no pleading in this regard. Petitioner has

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate VI, Nalanda at Biharsharif.
