In the present case a limited grievance has been raised by the petitioner that in terms of the letter of allotment he was to construct storage of 5000 Kg of LPG but instead of that volume of storage he has obtained licence for storage of 4000 Kg. of LPG. The Indian Oil Corporation time to time has asked the petitioner to obtain proper storage of licence of 5000 Kg of LPG but he always failed to do so, ultimately Indian Oil Corporation has granted two months time to obtain
Patna High Court CWJC No.4804 of 2017 (3) dt.01-05-2017 the same.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the time granted by the Indian Oil Corporation is very short and it is very difficult for the petitioner to obtain licence for storage of 5000 Kg. of LPG. He makes a prayer that period should be extended for six months.
In such view of the matter, petitioner is directed to file an application before the authority concerned for extension of time. If such an application is filed within 15 days before the authority concerned, authority concerned will consider the same and take decision in accordance with law. With the aforesaid observation and delectation this writ petition is disposed of.
