JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 01-08-2018 This application has been filed for restoration on C.W.J.C. No. 15637 of 2014 which was dismissed for non compliance of the order passed on 11.09.2014. Perusal of the records would confirm that of the 4 defects pointed out by the office while the counsel for the petitioner claimed removal of the defects, the office pointed out that the defect No. 3 relating to furnishing of typed copies of page Nos. 9 to 12 remained the same as on 08.09.2014 and which was required to be removed by the order passed on 11.09.2014. Since the petitioner did not remove the defects, hence, the writ petition was dismissed for non compliance.

Learned counsel for the petitioner informs that a typed copy of page Nos. 9 to 12 have been furnished on 26.3.2018 which is confirmed from the proceeding of the writ petition.
