2. Pursuant to the order dated 09.05.2025, the ViceChancellor and the Registrar of the Magadh University have appeared online. A show cause has also been filed on 13.05.2025. Along with the show cause, the University has

Patna High Court MJC No.1819 of 2024(5) dt.15-05-2025 2/2 placed on record the reasoned order dated 09.05.2025 which is Annexure 'R/6' to this affidavit.

3. In course of submissions, learned counsel for the University has shown from Annexure 'R/6' that the ViceChancellor of the University has passed a reasoned order wherein he has taken into consideration the admissible salary of the petitioner for the given period and then the pension amount which has been paid to the petitioner for the same period i.e. from 01.04.2011 to 31.08.2023. After deducting the pension amount already paid, the balance amount payable to the petitioner has been credited to his account.

4. After going through Annexure 'R/6', this Court is satisfied that the direction of this Court has been complied with. This contempt application cannot proceed.

5. This application is being disposed of with liberty to the petitioner that in case the petitioner finds himself still aggrieved by Annexure 'R/6', he may seek his remedy as may be advised to him.
