That through the instant writ petition, the petitioner seeks a direction/order or orders to the respondent authorities for duly compensating the petitioner for the losses suffered by him due to their illegal and arbitrary action in demolishing the house of the petitioner even against the repeated orders of this Hon'ble Court passed in C.W.J.C. No.3991/87 restraining such actions, so as to enable the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.15001 of 2005(5) dt.16-02-2023 2/2 to reconstruct the same and also make good the expenses incurred by him due to his having been rendered homeless due to such illegal, rash and arbitrary act against the spirit and intention of the various orders this Hon'ble Court's passed in the aforesaid writ application."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Managing Director, Bihar State Housing Board, Patna, for redressal of his subsisting grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
