Though the petitioner has moved the Court against the order dated 14.03.2016 passed in Maintenance Case No.16 of 2013 by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Vaishali, but after some arguments, it was submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the application with liberty to file application under Section 126(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

3. Learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 does not oppose.

4. In view thereof, the application stands disposed off
