The petitioner seeks bail in Madhepura (Parmanandpur) P.S. Case No. 329 of 2019 corresponding to N.D.P.S. Case No. 02 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 20 and 22 of N.D.P.S. Act.

It is alleged in the written report that 600 grams of Ganja has been recovered from Gumti of the petitioner wrapped in a black polythene.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no recovery from conscious possession of the petitioner. He further submits that recovery of 600 grams Ganja comes under small quantity.

Petitioner is in custody since 3.4.2019 having clean

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judgecum-Special Judge, Madhepura, in connection with Madhepura (Parmanandpur) P.S. Case No. 329 of 2019 corresponding to N.D.P.S. Case No. 02 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
