2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Baliya P. S. Case No. 280 of 2022 registered on 15.10.2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. According to the prosecution, the F.I.R. has been lodged against 7 named accused persons including the petitioner. The specific allegation against the petitioner is that he has assaulted the informant by iron rod on his head due to which bleeding started and informant fell down.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the criminal antecedent of the petitioner is clean. Counsel further submits that he has annexed the injury report of the informant. From the injury report, it transpires that all the injuries are

Counsel further submits that informant and accused belong to same village and well known to each other and due to intervention of the well wisher, the matter has been compromised between them and alleged compromise petition has been filed in this case which was jointly signed by informant's side and accused side.
5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that Section 307 of I.P.C. is the major section in this case which is Sessions Triable but on the other hand he also accepts that the injuries are simple in nature.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above-named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within 6 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Baliya P.S. Case No. 280 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
