For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Pritish Kumar Lal For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Jagdhar Prasad (App) ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-04-2015 The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 10.02.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 38630 of 2014 whereby the petitioners being the parents of the husband of the complainant were granted bail in Complaint Case No. 851C of 2013 wherein process has been directed to be issued after cognizance being taken for the offences punishable under Section 498A of the IPC and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act but it appears that in the last paragraph of the aforesaid order, inadvertently it has been typed that "let the petitioners be released on provisional anticipatory bail for one year", though, the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail. It is submitted that the address of the petitioners has wrongly been mentioned in the petition as "residents of -Choti Baliya, Maluna Chowk, P.S.-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13991 of 2015 (2) dt.06-04-2015 2/2 Baliya District-Begusarai" instead of "resident of-Sonapur, P.S. Nayagaon, District-Begusarai", hence, the said mistake perpetuated in the aforesaid order.

Let in the last paragraph of the order dated 10.02.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 38630 of 2014 be read as, "let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail" instead of words "provisional anticipatory bail for one year" and the address of the petitioners be read as "Residents of -Sonapur, P.S. Nayagaon, District-Begusarai."

Let the period of surrender be extended by four weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order. The aforesaid order stands modified to the extent as indicated above.
