JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 21-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State., In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Bisphi P.S. Case No. 42 of 2013, G.R. No. 467 of 2013, T.R. No. 4539 of 2013 registered for offences under sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation has been made that accused persons dragged the victim and assaulted him with different weapons. The counsel for the petitioner submits that it is a counter blast to the case filed by the informant. Looking to the nature of allegation against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly this petition is rejected.
