The petitioner being the mother of the husband of the victim is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after three years of marriage for non-fulfillment of dowry demand.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that on the conclusion of the investigation the husband of the victim has been charge-sheeted under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code, whereas the investigation has been kept pending against the petitioner.

Considering the fact that the accusation under

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13214 of 2015 (2) dt.31-03-2015 Section 304B of the Indian Penal Code has not been found to be true, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Patna City, Patna in connection with Fatuha P.S. Case No. 196 of 2014, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
