Learned counsel for the petitioner is expected to honour his undertaking given in the instant case for depositing the requisite court fee and to remove the defects as pointed out by the office when called upon to do so by the office.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 385, 384, 379, 427, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case as per F.I.R is that the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34483 of 2020(4) dt.26-10-2021 2/3 informant works under the aegis of contractor Ashok Kumar Singh. It is alleged that the petitioner along with 3-4 other persons came at the place of work and told the informant to inform contractor Ashok Kumar Singh for extortion amount of Rs. 50,000/-. The accused persons thereafter assaulted the informant and snatched cash of rupees ten thousands and silver chain of the informant. They also damaged the vehicle of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to some business transactions which were not cleared. Though the petitioner has been made accused in three other cases apart from the present one but in all those cases either the petitioner has been acquitted or he has been granted bail.

No.34483 of 2020(4) dt.26-10-2021 3/3 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Forbesganj (Simraha) P.S. Case No. 50 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
