2. The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- I. For quashing the selection letter dated 18.10.2016 issued under the Joint Signature of respondent nos.6 and 7 whereby and where under the respondent no.9 has been selected as Anganbari Sevika of Anganbari Center No.98 under Panchayat-Pupri, District- Sitamarhi and directing the
Patna High Court CWJC No.10566 of 2018(3) dt.23-07-2024 2/2 respondents to appoint the petitioner in place of respondent no.9.
3. Learned counsel for the State raised preliminary objection that the petitioner has filed this case directly before this Hon'ble Court, whereas, the statutory remedy is already available to the petitioner under the then guidelines for appointment of Anganbari Sevika Sahayika.
4. In light of the submissions made, it is hereby directed to the petitioner to avail the remedy before the appropriate forum under the then guidelines for appointment of Anganbari Sevika Sahayika.
5. In case, the petitioner files his application under the said guidelines, the authority is directed to pass a reasoned and speaking order within a fix period of time not more than 90 days from the date of appearance of the parties.
6. Hence, with the aforesaid direction, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
