This interlocutory application has been filed for condoning the delay of about 152 days in preferring this appeal. For the reasons mentioned in this interlocutory application, we are satisfied that the appellants were prevented by sufficient cause in preferring this appeal within time. As a result, this interlocutory application is allowed and the delay in filing this appeal is hereby condoned. Patna High Court LPA No.480 of 2018(4) dt.10-08-2018 2/2 ordinate Bench of this Court in L.P.A. No. 1431 of 2017 and other analogous order vide judgment dated 13.07.2018. Thus, it is urged that this writ petition is also disposed of in terms of aforesaid order.
In the result, this appeal stands disposed of in terms of judgment dated 13.07.2018.
However, counsel for the respondents have submitted that in addition to the other grounds available to the institution, further one ground is also there in this case that no show cause notice was issued upon institution.
Be that as it may, in view of the grounds submitted on behalf of the parties, this appeal stands disposed of in terms of judgment dated 13.07.2018 passed in L.P.A. No. 1431 of 2017. (Dr. Ravi Ranjan, ACJ) ( S. Kumar, J) veena/rajivU
