The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The specific accusation is against coaccused Mahendra Mehta to have assaulted with Garasa on the head of the informant's brother whereas others have also made assault to the informant, informant's two sons and nephew.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in the background of serious land dispute accusation has been levelled and the petitioner was not sent up for trial but differing with final form(charge sheet) cognizance has been

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today in connection with Madhepura (Bharrahi) P.S. Case No. 142 of 2013 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M. Madhepura, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
