JUSTICE MUNGESHWAR SAHOO ORAL ORDER 21-01-2015 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State of Bihar.

The petitioners (1) Kunti Devi (2) Yogi Paswan (3) Pashupati Paswan (4) Butan Paswan (5) Din Bandhu Paswan apprehend their arrest in connection with complaint case / C.R. No.578 of 2013 / T.R. No.2546 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Section 147, 341, 323, 504, 295 and 149 I.P.C. The only allegation according to the complainant is that

Considering the nature of the allegation and the fact that the case has been started by fling complaint, I direct all the petitioners, in the event of their arrest / surrender within one month from today to the Court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.5,000/- (five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Samastipur in connection with Complaint Case/C.R. No.578 of 2013/ T.R. No.2546 of 2014, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Mungeshwar Sahoo, J) Sanjeev/- U
