2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kochadhaman P.S. Case No. 104 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 8(c) and 21(a) of NDPS Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the recovery is of 2.98 grams of Smack from the petitioner.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 12.03.2025.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, NDPS Act,

7. As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Kochadhaman Police Station on every Sunday of each month.
