The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Complaint Case No. 617 of 2012 registered under sections 498A and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. The complainant wife of the petitioner made allegation that after marriage she went to her Sasural but her husband and in-laws began to demand different articles. She further alleged that husband solemnized second marriage with one Puja Kumari. Thereafter her husband deserted her. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the complainant has already died.

Considering the fact that the complainant died at her Naihar, now there is no dispute , the above named petitioner is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32844 of 2014 (2) dt.03-02-2015 2/2 directed to surrender s before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, and the court below shall enlarge the petitioner on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M, Sherghati, Gaya in complaint case No. 617 of 2012 after verifying the fact about the death of the complainant.
