1. In order to show that the order of this Court dated 05.03.2019, passed in CWJC No.23143 of 2018 has been complied with, the learned counsel appearing for the contemnors has referred to paragraph no.5 of the supplementary

Patna High Court MJC No.2109 of 2019(3) dt.19-01-2024 2/2 show cause, filed in the present case to submit that a sum of Rs.46,17,005/- has stood paid to the petitioner on the head of admitted outstanding amount of retiral dues and now nothing remains to be paid.

2. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in case of any subsisting grievance, the petitioner be granted liberty to approach the respondentauthorities. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The present petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
