Learned A.C. to G.A.-1 submits that in compliance of the order under contempt, the representation of the petitioner has been disposed of by speaking order.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that while the representation of the petitioner has been decided by opposite party no.2, but the same is not in accordance with law.
Considering the above facts and circumstances, since the order under contempt has been complied by the opposite party
Patna High Court MJC No.2878 of 2014 dt.16-02-2015 2/2 no.2, I find no reason to interfere with the matter. Accordingly, this contempt application is disposed of.
However, if petitioner feels aggrieved, he may take recourse in accordance to law.
