Petitioner has put up to challenge Rule 4A of Chapter III of the Patna High Court Rules, but the same has already been amended by virtue of notification, dated 14.03.2016. This writ petition has, therefore, become infurctuous and is accordingly dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court, with appropriate application, in future, for such other reliefs, as the petitioner may be entitled to.
