BAJANTHRI) Date : 25-04-2024 The present M.J.C./Contempt petition is filed for non-compliance of order dated 06.01.2022 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 19265 of 2021.

2. Limited direction is asking the petitioner to submit representation within a period of four weeks from

Patna High Court MJC No.1172 of 2022 dt.25-04-2024 2/2 06.01.2022, thereafter, the concerned authority was required to pass speaking order within a period of four months from the date of filing representation. Concerned authority was required to comply the orders of this Court dated 06.01.2022 read with the petitioner's representation dated 12.01.2022 on or before 11.05.2022, whereas the concerned authority passed order on 01.02.2023, which has been placed on record as Annexure-B to the show cause. Grievance of the petitioner has been turned down.

3. Be that as it may, scope of contempt petition is limited as to whether orders of this Court has been complied or not. Accordingly, the present M.J.C./Contempt petition stands dropped, reserving liberty to the petitioner to assail the order dated 01.02.2023 vide Annexure-B to the show cause in accordance with law.
