2. With the consent of both the parties, this writ application is disposed of at the present stage itself.

3. Learned Senior Counsel submits that in light of Annexure-P/8 dated 05.04.2024, the petitioner may be granted the liberty to approach the Commissioner, Purnea, Division, Purnea for seeking the reliefs as claimed for in the present writ

Patna High Court CWJC No.10180 of 2025(2) dt.08-07-2025 2/3 application. Learned Senior Counsel further prays that appropriate direction be issued for disposal of the representation which the petitioner is ready to file before the Commissioner, Purnea, Division, Purnea within a fixed time frame, by passing a reasoned and speaking order.

4. To the aforesaid prayer being made by the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner, the learned counsel for the Respondent-State does not have any objection.

5. Considering the limited nature of prayer being made by the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner, the writ application is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate representation before the Commissioner, Purnea, Division, Purnea in light of Annexure-P/8 dated 05.04.2024 within two weeks from the date of this order. If such a representation is made by the petitioner, the same shall be heard and disposed of on merit, by passing a reasoned and speaking order. Needles to emphasize that while disposing of the representation, the petitioner will be heard in-person. The entire exercise must be completed by the Commissioner, Purnea, Division, Purnea within two months from the date of filing of this representation.
