The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 85 of 2020, dated 11.03.2020, instituted for the offences under Sections 30(A) (C) (E), 32 and 36 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the recovery of 279 litres of liquor is from the house of one Rinku Das. Aforesaid Rinku Das is said to have taken

It has further been submitted that the petitioner is a person of clean antecedents and his implication in the instant case is only on the basis of the statement made by an arrested accused person. Regard being had to the facts afore-stated, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of eight weeks, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 7th Addl. Sessions Judge-CumSpecial Judge (Excise), Aurangabad in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 85 of 2020, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
