Two petitioners have approached this Court, invoking its inherent jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, with a peculiar prayer i.e. to quash an order, whereby the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate has directed for issuance of warrant of arrest against the petitioners. I do not find any ground to exercise inherent jurisdiction. The petition stands dismissed.
