JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH) 30-08-2025 We find from the records that a letter dated 01.08.2025 has been sent by the Superintendent of Police, Kaimur (Bhabua) to this Court enclosing a report dated 30.07.2025 of the Inspector of Police-cum-Officer In-Charge, Bhabua Police Station, Kaimur wherein it has been mentioned that the sole appellant of the present appeal, namely, Munna Ansari @ Munna Mian, has died and in proof thereof, a certificate issued by the Sarpanch, Village Kachehri Manihari, Block-Bhabua, District-Kaimur dated 30.07.2025 has been annexed, wherein it has been certified that the aforesaid appellant of the present appeal has died 12-13 years back.

2. We do not find any reason to doubt the aforesaid factum of death of the sole appellant, hence the present appeal,

Patna High Court CR. APP (DB) No.313 of 2005(9) dt.30-08-2025 2/2 bearing Criminal Appeal (DB) No.313 of 2005, stands abated.
