The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 354, 323, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner no. 1 being the brother-in-law (devar) and petitioner nos. 2 and 3 being the parents-in-law of the informant abused and assaulted the informant.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that no injury caused has been caused to the informant and for the petty dispute accusation has been levelled. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31812 of 2014 (2) dt.03-02-2015 Considering the nature of accusation and the relationship between the petitioners and the informant, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 285 of 2014, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
