The petitioner apprehend his arrest in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case no. 251 of 2018 registered under sections 420, 171 and 419/34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per allegation, younger brother of the petitioner performed work of chaukidar in place of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is no allegation in the FIR against the petitioner and he is person of clean antecedents. The entire allegation is against his

Considering the above mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate X, Gaya in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case no. 251 of 2018 subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time mentioned hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
