The State Appellate Authority on consideration of the submission of the appellant that the certificate of intermediate of private respondent is not recognized and granted liberty to the petitioner to respondent no. 4 the District Program Officer (Establishment), Gopalganj and respondent no.8 Panchayat Secretary cum Gram Panchayat who shall examine the

Patna High Court CWJC No.12447 of 2019(2) dt.25-06-2019 2/2 complaint against intermediate certificate of the private respondent. However, the Tribunal has not indicated that respondent nos.4 and 8 shall take decision after hearing private respondent.

The order of the State Appellate Authority dated 27.22019 is modified to the extent that before passing any order on the complaint of the appellant, the respondent nos. 4 and 8 shall provide opportunity of hearing to the private respondent and thereafter, take decision in the matter.

With the aforesaid modification in the order of the State Appellate Authority, the writ petition stands disposed of. (Anil Kumar Upadhyay, J) Ravi/- U
