Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Madhwapur P.S. Case No. 95 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 353, 224, 225 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the allegation levelled against the petitioners, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed, subject to the condition that the petitioners will deposit Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47357 of 2021(2) dt.23-05-2022 2/2 10,000/- (ten thousand) in the District Legal Aid Committee, Madhubani, while accepting the bail bond of the petitioners the Court below shall verify the fact that the amount have been deposited by the petitioners.

Considering the facts and circumstances, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Benipatti/Incharge Successor Court in connection with Madhwapur P.S. Case No. 95 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
