This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Kotwali P.S. Case No.735 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 379 & 356/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, the petitioner has snatched the bag of the informant containing Rs.1,30,000/-. 4.

The petitioner has 14 similar criminal antecedents which have been given in detail in paragraph no.3 of this bail application. The petitioner appears to be a member of the Kodha gang.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is dismissed.

The District Judge, Patna is directed to get the trial of all the cases against the petitioners expedited. The trial court will also call for the antecedent report of the petitioners from all the districts of Bihar as the members of the Kodha gang are in habit of suppressing their antecedents.
