2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"to direct the respondent no. 04 in particular to dispose of the GrievanceRepresentation i.e. pending before him to its logical end with regard to the case made out by the petitioner that his dwelling house built on the plot no. 51 under the Khata no. 140 in the Mauza of Tarwa-Mangarpal of Dariyapur block in the district of Saran was acquired for the construction of NH139 (W) under Bharat Mala project-2025, but the

Patna High Court CWJC No.9272 of 2026(2) dt.29-06-2026 2/2 Award in the appropriate valuation has not been paid to him, so he is aggrieved, and has preferred the present writ application, vide the GrievanceRepresentation dated 10.03.2026 as an annexure to the writ petition."

3. The details of the land stands incorporated in the prayer portion itself and needs no repetition.

4. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that an appropriate petition shall be filed before the Arbitrator-cum-Divisional Commissioner, Saran at Chapra in next four weeks.

5. Learned State counsel submits that if such petition if filed within time, it shall be taken to its logical conclusion.

6. In that background, the writ petition stands disposed of allowing the petitioner to approach the appropriate authority, as recorded above, in next four weeks and if such petition is filed, after noticing/hearing all the parties, it is expected that the same will be taken to its logical conclusion by a reasoned order.
