2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 447, 341, 323, 324, 326, 307, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, this petitioner stabbed the son of informant, due to which, he sustained grievous injury.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner and informant are agnates and co-villagers and due to land dispute between the parties, the alleged maarpeet took place. Case and counter case. Petitioner is in custody since 12.02.2025. Chargesheet has been submitted.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Muzaffarpur in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 1039 of 2022.
