JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 14-02-2022 Heard the parties through video conferencing. The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No. 110 of 2021 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration the circumstances where there is cross case registered by both the parties and the nature of injuries, I am inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the petitioners and in the event of arrest they shall be released on bail subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
