Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No. 113 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset fairly submits that all the prosecution witnesses have been examined except the doctor, on which the learned APP submits that since trial is nearing to an end as such no useful purpose would be served by releasing the petitioner on bail. 4.

Considering the submission made by learned APP, the Court is not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. 5.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

The Court expects that the trial shall be concluded within a time period and preferably with a period of six months from today.
