The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Adapur (Nakardeyi) P.S. Case No. 107/2015, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304B, 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 06.10.2015. The petitioner made second attempt to get anticipatory bail on the ground that son and daughter in-law have been granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 03.02.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 38157/2015 and the case has been compromised.

No.15844 of 2016 (4) dt.30-06-2016 2/2 It appears that the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected on 06.10.2015, but the petitioners did not surrender therefore I do not find any reason to entertain the second anticipatory bail petition. Accordingly, the anticipatory bail petition of the above-named petitioners is rejected. Petitioners if surrender in the court below within four weeks from today, learned court below shall consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners on its own merit and taking into consideration that other in-law have been granted anticipatory bail by this court.
