2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 109, 118(2), 126(2), 351(2), 351(3), 303(3), 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per the prosecution case, on 14.03.2025 at 10 AM, when informant was at his home, these petitioners came and abused informant and thereafter, assaulted him with knife, due to which, informant sustained cut injury on his back. It is further alleged that when father and grandmother of informant came to save him, they were also assaulted with knife and thereafter, petitioners took away 1.5 lakhs cash and one gold chain from the neck of informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to old enmity, a quarrel took place between the parties. As per injury report, the injuries, sustained by the injured, are simple in nature. Rest of the allegations are super addition to make the case grave. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the nature of injury and clean antecedent, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - XI, Saran at Chapra in connection with Manjhi P.S. Case No. 89 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
