Petitioner claims that she joined as Assistant Teacher at Primary School, Muslim Tola, Ward No. 13, Araria and, thereafter, she was transferred to Middle School, Ghatiro in Baisa Block, District-Purnia but due to certain reason she proceeded on leave and for that period she has not been given

Patna High Court CWJC No.280 of 2017 dt.31-01-2017 salary from February, 2015 to 13.08.2016.

It is submitted that she has filed representation before the respondent no. 7 on 13.10.2016 vide Annexure-11 but no decision has been taken as yet.

Accordingly, this writ application is being disposed of, without going into the merits of the case, with a direction to the Respondent No. 7, i.e., the District Programme Officer, Purnea, to take a final decision upon the representation of the petitioner regarding payment of arrears of salary within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
