Petitioner no.1 retired on 31.07.2002 from the post of

Patna High Court CWJC No.8022 of 2018(4) dt.03-04-2019 2/3 Assistant Teacher from Primary School, Parso, Birha, P.S.Barbigha, District-Sheikhpura.

Petitioner no.2 retired as Assistant Teacher from N.C.Ghosh Girls Middle School, Jamalpur with effect from 30.10.1999.

Petitioners seek revision of pension with pay band and grade pay as per the recommendation of the 6th Pay Commission in the light of the guidelines and letter by the State Government. A counter affidavit and a supplementary counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondent no.4, The District Treasury Officer, Munger, District-Munger stating therein at Annexure-B that as per the Finance Resolution dated 08.08.2018 the dispute/discrepancies with regard to pension and pensionary benefits is to be under taken by the Office of the Accountant General, Bihar, Patna.

Considering the said averment, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to file a detailed representation before the respondent no.3, The Accountant General (A & E), Bihar, Patna which will be disposed of within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation.

Any amount due to the petitioners would be presented

If certain amounts are in admissible, the same shall be communicated to the petitioners by a speaking order sent through registered post.
