7. 22.07.2021 The present petition has been taken up for consideration through the mode of Video conferencing in view of the prevailing situation on account of COVID 19 Pandemic, requiring social distancing.

Although nobody has been appearing for the petitioner in the present case, however, Shri Gyan Shankar, the learned counsel for the respondent Bihar School Examination

Board has appeared and has submitted that the present case has been rendered infructuous in view of the fact that the examination in question, in which the petitioner had sought to appear, after correction of the subject code in the admit card, has already been held and the result has also been published. In such view of the matter, this Court finds that no lis survives for adjudication, as far as the present case is concerned, hence the present petition stands disposed off as having been rendered infructuous.
