2. Prayer for bail of this petitioner was lastly rejected by this court vide order dated 24.08.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 29824 of 2022.

3. The trial court report reveals that out of 11 prosecution witnesses eight witnesses have already been examined and only three witnesses are yet to be examined.

4. Considering the nature of accusation, gravity of the offence and progress of the trial, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.

5. However, since the petitioner is in custody since 10.09.2020, the trial court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably, within one year from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order.
