Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the defects, as pointed out by the office, within a period of four weeks. In the eventuality of non-removal of defects within undertaken period, the office will place the matter before the Bench.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 363 & 365/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Two daughters of the informant are said to have been kidnapped by the petitioner in association of other coaccused named in the F.I.R.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47265 of 2021(2) dt.22-04-2022 2/3 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no such occurrence as alleged ever took place. He has been falsely implicated in this case due to dirty village politics and connivance with the enemies of the petitioner and police. The victim girl in her statement made under Section 164 Cr.P.C. does not reveal that she has been kidnapped by anyone, rather has stated that she had left the school along with her relatives. One Ritu Kumari has given statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. and denied her kidnapping rather she has stated that she went on her sweet will to see the seriously ill her mausi, which itself falsifies the prosecution case. The allegation levelled against the petitioner is not specific rather general and omnibus in nature. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Similarly situated coaccused, namely, Sanjay Singh has been enlarged on bail by a co-ordinate bench of this court vide order dated 20.09.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 58413 of 2019.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned
