ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 28-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks cancellation of bail granted to the Opposite Party No. 2 by the Additional District and Sessions Judge-VI, Biharsharif, in B.P. No. 206 of 2015 arising out of Ben P.S. Case No. 93 of 2014.

It has been submitted that without calling for case diary the Court below granted bail on the first occasion. Considering that the Senior Judicial Officer applied his mind to the facts of the case and found that the Opposite Party No. 2 fit to be released on bail, I see no reason for interference in the matter. The application stands rejected.
