ANSARI ORAL ORDER 04-02-2015 This is an application, made under Section 438 Cr.P.C., seeking pre-arrest bail by the petitioner, namely, Vinod Ram, in connection with Sigori P.S.Case No. 57/13 under Sections 147/148/149/427/436/452 IPC as well as under Section 17 Cr. Law Amendment Act.

Perused the above application and materials on record including a copy of the order, dated 24.06.2014, passed, in ABP No. 6004 of 2013, by the learned Sessions Judge, Patna, rejecting the said application for pre-arrest bail.

Heard Mr. M.K.Jha, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Mr. R.N.Jha, learned APP, appearing for the State. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application for pre-arrest bail. No objection has been raised to the prayer for withdrawal

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33215 of 2014 (2) dt.04-02-2015 made by the petitioner.
