The petitioner is in custody since 06.11.2020 in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 733 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, the petitioner has given dagger blow and killed the deceased.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner and the informant are neighbours and he has been falsely implicated in this case due to several disputes. He further submits that the informant is not the eye-witness of the occurrence. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. In view of the allegation levelled against the

However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.
