By order dated 22/1/2021 on the prayer of the petitioner to withdraw this application, this court had directed that the report along with record of this case be placed before the Hon'ble Inspecting Judge, Patna for necessary action. From perusal of the office notes it appears that the report of A.D.J. XII- cum- Spl. Judge CBI III, Patna and record of this case have already been placed before the Hon'ble Inspecting Judge, Patna.

In view of the aforesaid, the prayer sought for by the
