2. The petitioner has moved the Court seeking payment of gratuity, unutilized earned leave and group insurance.

3. From the stand taken in the counter affidavit and supplementary counter affidavit filed on behalf of the University, it appears that gratuity and unutilized earned leave dues have been paid. With regard to group insurance, learned counsel for the University has

Patna High Court CWJC No.16350 of 2016 dt.09-03-2018 2/2 taken a categorical stand before the Court, upon instructions from Mr. Saket, who is the person who is authorized to instruct learned counsel that the same has also been paid to the petitioner to the tune of Rs. 2,56,301/-.
