The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code, different sections of the Indian Forest Act and Sections 4(1)(A), 21(1) of the D.E. Act as well as Section 40(1) of the Bihar Mining Act. Three trucks loaded with stone chips were intercepted. It is submitted that the petitioner is owner of one of the trucks which were carrying stone chips on valid permits. Similarly situated co-accused Rajesh Kumar Singh has already been enlarged on anticipatory bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15911 of 2015.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15172 of 2015 (2) dt.13-05-2015 2/2 court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in Sasaram (Agrer) P.S.
